We have a 2003 dodge Roadtrek. It has key fobs for the automatic locks that have only two buttons (lock and unlock; no separate panic button). All of the sudden, all the key fobs stopped working. The keys work, but not the fob. They do work occasionally but then stop again. Has anyone had an experience with this? We’re wondering if we are accidentally disabling something.

Have you replaced the fob batteries lately??

In addition to the above, check your batteries which drive the power locks.

In our rig when that battery drops in voltage, the power locks will first start acting “weaker” and then start acting sporadic.

Open up the FOB and check the contacts, clean it up, it worked for me. Also check for broken wires in the rubber gasket where the front doors open. I had that issue as well
