I don’t think so. Separate system.
 
I agree with @BGMAC that said, plug in and check the chassis battery voltage. Will likely be 13.6 if it will maintain it.
 
If i have the RV plugged into a 130 outlet will it keep engine battery charged up
Depends in the rig. Mine will keep both house batteries and chassis batteries charged up.
