I have a crossroads volante 5th wheel. The awning rails that mount on the rv are pulling away from the side of the rv at the ends. They told me it was because I over extended the awning. Is there any others that problems like this. According to lippert(awning manufacturer) the only way that this would cause the rail to pull away if it wasn't installed correctly. Any thoughts?
