Did you know there is an old style and new style fuel filter for Cummins ONAN Generators? Mine takes the new style (0147-860), which I have but as I saw I need to remove two pex clamps I put this off for another day. I had also ordered the old style which is going back. Before you need to do your service make sure you find the right parts based on your GEN's serial number.

Old style:

Amazon.com: Cummins Onan 149-2513 Fuel Filter: Automotive

New style:

I knew there was a reason that I carry a PEX clamp crimp tool and spare clamps. Good info, @Neal.

I have both, just not ready to wrestle with that thing and half my junk is in my garage which is next on the list to sort, organize, clean. After then and said tools are located then I'll return for next service attempt.
