This will be my first purchase of an RV and it seems the advertised private party price on Craigslist and other sites is much higher than the average retail price shown on RVTrader.com. What is a fair private party price for a 2019 Minnie Micro 2100BH in relatively good condition? JDPowers shows an estimated retail price range of $13,800 to $16,700. I'm guessing private party sales should be somewhat less. Any suggestions? This unit has one slide out, bunk beds, 18,000 BTU furnace, Microwave, small oven and one solar panel. The awning fabric needs to be replaced.
