OK....maybe. I interpreted it as a warning marker, as I only saw one. But I was also typing that tongue-in-cheek.

Gotcha. I am in agreement with your question of where is law enforcement, but..........there are no laws against being stupid or foolish, only consequences.
I guess we can only be pleased with the knowledge that his truck won't last very long with that load on it.
