There are two lots being resold in the original Laurel Branch development in Olde Beau CC. The developer is still progressing new development elsewhere in the resort, but does not list resale lots available.
One couple was full timing and is getting out of the RV life. The other couple decided to shift to another lot in the new developments within the Olde Beau resort and is reselling their original lot.
I know one lot has been listed on the MLS system through a realtor ,the other is being marketed by owner.
The Laurel Branch development is 18 lots, each roughly 1/4 acre large.
Just a public service announcement. Full disclosure, we have a lot in the Laurel Branch development and love it but are not affiliated with these two lots (other than liking their owners)
